5.1 Cooling‑off

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of initial sign‑up without giving a reason. If we have already completed any service during that period, we may deduct a proportional amount.

5.2 Ongoing membership

Cancel anytime with 30‑days’ written notice. We will stop future captures and release any pending authorisations.

5.3 Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
