Membership Terms & Conditions ("Black Card Agreement")

4.1 Eligibility & definitions

  • “Member”: person accepted into the Black Card programme.

  • “Technician”: Obsidian‑employed staff.

4.2 Scope of service

  • Unlimited maintenance valets, interior details & ceramic‑top‑up on vehicles listed in the application.

  • Response window: within 12 hours of booking (guaranteed).

4.3 Pricing & payment

  • Monthly fee: £[PRICE] per vehicle, charged to the payment method authorised at sign‑up.

  • We authorise your card at sign‑up; first capture occurs on completion of the initial on‑drive audit.

  • Prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.

4.4 Booking & cancellations

  • Book via phone, WhatsApp or member portal.

  • Cancel or reschedule <24 h incurs no fee; <6 h incurs £50 call‑out.

4.5 Member responsibilities

  • Provide safe, legal access & electricity (unless booked with battery rig).

  • Notify us of PPF, wraps, matte paint.

4.6 Our warranty

  • We warrant our workmanship for 7 days; notify issues within this period for free re‑work.

4.7 Liability cap

Our total liability in contract or tort is limited to £2 million public liability or the cost of the affected service, whichever is lower.

4.8 Term & termination

  • Rolling monthly contract; either party may cancel with 30 days’ notice.

  • Abuse of staff or non‑payment allows immediate termination.

4.9 Complaints

Escalate to faisal_durrani_mecha@yahoo.com. We aim to resolve within 10 working days. You may refer unresolved matters to The Motor Ombudsman.

4.10 Governing law & venue

English law; exclusive venue England & Wales courts.
